At WOW! Organica, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes cancellations or refunds may be necessary. This policy outlines our procedures for different types of products and services.

Order Cancellation Policy

Fresh Organic Produce

  • Before Dispatch: Full refund if cancelled within 2 hours of order placement
  • After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible. See refund policy for quality issues
  • Same-Day Orders: Must be cancelled within 30 minutes of order placement

Farming Equipment & Supplies

  • Before Dispatch: Free cancellation within 24 hours of order placement
  • After Dispatch: Cancellation fee of ₹100 or 5% of order value (whichever is higher)
  • Custom Orders: 20% cancellation fee applies at any time

Soilless Farming Systems & Large Equipment

  • Before Production: 10% cancellation fee
  • During Production: 30% cancellation fee
  • After Dispatch: No cancellation, but eligible for return (see below)

Training Programs & Workshops

  • More than 7 days before: Full refund minus ₹200 processing fee
  • 3-7 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund, but can transfer to another participant or future session

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

  1. Contact us immediately via phone or email
  2. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and process your request
  4. Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days if applicable

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product quality does not meet our standards (fresh produce only)
  • Product arrived spoiled or past expiry date
  • Missing items from your order
  • Order was not delivered within promised timeframe (case-by-case basis)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective)
  • Fresh produce after 24 hours of delivery (unless quality issue reported immediately)
  • Custom-made or personalized equipment
  • Downloadable training materials already accessed
  • Services already rendered

Return Process

To return a product:

  1. Contact us within the specified timeframe (see below)
  2. Provide order details and photos of the issue
  3. Wait for return authorization from our team
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship using the method we provide (for non-perishable items)
  6. Refund will be processed upon receipt and inspection

Return Timeframes

  • Fresh Produce: Report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery
  • Equipment & Supplies: Return within 7 days of delivery
  • Large Equipment: Report issues within 48 hours; return within 15 days

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and received:

  • Inspection takes 2-3 business days
  • Refund is initiated within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit to original payment method takes 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation at each stage

Refund Methods

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Bank transfer available for large amounts
  • Store credit option available (with 10% bonus)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery (not during shipping)
  • Items returned after the specified return period

Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement if:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Item is not as described

Replacements are subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Large Equipment: Return pickup arranged by us (charges may apply for customer-initiated returns)

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for equipment and supplies (subject to availability). Exchange requests must be made within the same timeframe as returns. Size, model, or variant exchanges are processed as return + new order.

Special Cases

Delivery Failure

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, redelivery charges of ₹100-300 may apply depending on location.

Bulk Orders

Special cancellation and refund terms apply to bulk orders. These will be discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has begun. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for full refund.
